Sinatra at the Sands
A social campaign, led by me, built for the 60th Anniversary Release of The Voice's first live album, 'Sinatra At The Sands'
44,000
— and counting.
I led the creative for a full social rollout across video and static content, turning sixty-year-old archival material into feed-native posts that drove pre-saves ahead of release.
The Record
Cut over seven nights at the Sands in early 1966 with Count Basie and His Orchestra, conducted by a young Quincy Jones. Released that July as a double LP on Reprise, Sinatra's own label, and still regarded as one of the great live albums.
The Edition
UMe's Vinylphyle reissue features new mixes by Larry Walsh, mastering by Joe Nino-Hernes at Sterling Sound, a 180g pressing from RTI, and new liner notes by Charlie Pignone.
My Role
Creative lead. I concepted and produced the campaign's video and static creative, pulling from the original show bill, period press, and the words of the men on the bandstand.
Motion
Short-form video content crafted to bring 1960s Vegas to your feed.
Static creative pulled from the archive: the original show bill, 1966 reviews, and quote cards from Basie and Quincy.
